Consulting
Decide first. Then build.
Most digital projects do not fail in the build. They fail because nobody asked beforehand whether they were worth doing. That is the service here: a survey of what you have, an assessment by effort and effect, and a written plan any supplier can implement.
Vendor-neutral, and we mean it
The report does not recommend a GudeCode website. It describes what your business needs — including when the answer is that you do not need a new website at all. If you then want us to build it, that is a separate decision you make separately.

Process
Six steps, no surprises
- 01
Initial call
Free and without obligation, 30 minutes. We work out whether consulting is the right thing at all. If it is not, we say so.
- 02
Survey
Half a day on site or by video. Processes, tools in use, online presence, existing numbers.
- 03
Agreement
Scope, dates and price are put in writing before any work starts.
- 04
Assessment
A day of work on the findings: current state, every measure rated by effort and effect.
- 05
Review meeting
Two hours. We go through the report together and agree the order of work.
- 06
Follow-up
After eight weeks, 30 minutes. What was implemented, what is stuck, what turned out to be wrong.
Topics
What we advise on
AI strategy
Where AI actually takes work off your hands and where it only creates more. Choosing models and tools, data protection, and what has to stay in-house versus what may go to the cloud.
Business strategy
Offer, target group, pricing, positioning. Including what should be dropped — not only what should be added.
Innovation
Trying new things without endangering the running business: small experiments with a fixed budget and a clear stopping rule, rather than large projects nobody can halt.
Growth
Where the next customers are meant to come from, what a customer may cost, and the point at which advertising pays for itself. With numbers, not instinct.
Marketing tech stack
Which tools you actually need and which subscriptions you can cancel. Tracking, consent and measurement set up so they are GDPR-compliant and still measure something.
Go-to-market
The path from first contact to signed work: inbound, outbound, CRM, email, SMS and WhatsApp. Including the awkward question of which channel is legally open in Germany at all — cold email to businesses is not, under § 7 UWG.

Consulting and building are two things
The path runs one way only, and only if you take it. A consultation produces a plan anyone can execute, not a contract for us.
Consulting
Analysis, assessment, recommendations, written report
Own contract · Own invoice · Vendor-neutral
Only on your initiative, under a separate contract
Build
Building, hosting and running websites — the subscription
Own contract · Own invoice · Not part of the consultation
What this is not
- Not legal, tax or insurance advice. That requires the relevant licence, and we do not hold it.
- Not an expert opinion and not a certification.
- Not implementation. Development, hosting and operations are the website subscription and sit on a separate invoice.
And the website subscription?
Unchanged: first draft free, live in 14 days, €25 a month, cancellable monthly. Consulting and subscription are two separate services on two separate invoices. You do not need one to get the other.
